The Erie St. Clair Falls Prevention Mobile Clinic is a group of health care providers from the community who work with older adults to help maintain their independence and reduce their risk of having a fall.

You should come to a clinic if you:
- Are 65 years of age or older.
- Have difficulty getting around.
- Live alone or in assisted living.
- Want to remain independent.
- Have had a fall or near fall.
- Have a fear of falling.
- Want to maintain or improve balance.

Older Adults’ Health and Information Fair, WFCU November 6

All are welcome to attend LAF’s Annual Health Fair, supported by the OACAO. This is a FREE event for those in our community and is a great opportunity to gather all the information you’ll need, under one roof. With over 50 vendors and interactive workshops, this event is one of the biggest health fairs for older adults in our community. Come on out to Collavino Hall, at the WFCU and make sure to visit the Life After Fifty booth for your chance to win FREE registration to one of our programs.
