About US

Windsor Essex Networking Association For Geriatrics (nicknamed W.E.N.A.G.) is an open (everyone welcome) networking group that meets one (usually the 2nd) Tuesday  of the month from September to June. We are in our fourth year.
If you are with an agency or have a business or service that caters to our aging population, this networking group may be just what you need to make others aware of what you do and what you can offer.  And you will also find out about other excellent resources in our Windsor/Essex community.

The Meeting

After helping yourself to the continental breakfast, the meeting begins and each attendee is given 30 seconds to make their ‘elevator speech’ so everyone in the room knows what everyone else does.
If anyone has an event they would like to promote, time is taken to make those announcements. After that, the rest of the meeting is devoted to one on one networking or in small groups. If there is someone in the room you feel should know about your business or service, now is your chance… or perhaps someone will seek you out to find out how to hire you or access your services. It’s friendly, informal and always fun.

Door Prizes

Often times there are numerous door prizes… but only if the attendees provide them.  If you can provide a gift card, gift certificate, ticket to an event or any other chachka, please bring it!

Marketing Material

Be sure to bring plenty of business cards and any promotional materials you have for the brochure table.

This is a superb networking opportunity for those of us who serve the geriatric community… and Its free!  Don’t miss out and please spread the word.
